Cannondale caad f5. Other than it being about a pound heavier than the competition its a perfect entry bike. I ve met several people who have bought cannondale s and the seat is a common complaint. Issues wise others seem to have had a trouble with the headshok all i can say is i ve had no problems with the 100mm tora fork though an upgrade is on the cards. I got it at rei and for the same components on a trek this bike was 100 cheaper.

Per the usual cannondale tradition you get a nice frame worthy of upgrading the components hanging on it and that will also beg for you to upgrade those components.
